drafted on 3/11/69 basic at Ft. Benning Infantry AIT at Ft. Polk, LA.
Served with the 7//17th from 8/69 to

My long experience with the Army has exsposed me to a diverse and changing world creating my appreciation of our nation and the freedom we shareThe many Military Personal I have meet and worked with over the many years of my career will forever have my respect for who they are and what they do.

We were young and we served....Some did not make it others did. None came home with the innocents we had as the kids we were before.
Never forget Spec 4 "Doc" Robert Louis King of Anderson, SC. Born on 6/3/49 and giving his life, when called by his country, 7/5/70 near pleiku VN as a member of D Troop 7/17th Air Cav.
I'am sharing these for all to see and others to remember.
